Exclamation Visitor Tracking on SSL Pages - 01-03-2007, 06:49 PM

Can we include the following resources in this JS via relative paths instead of full paths to http:// it causes errors in browsers on SSL pages with visitor tracking enabled. I have it set for no txt no link so that nothing shows up but yet the javascript is loading these images via http://

/themes/client_default/supportsuite.gif
/themes/client_default/space.gif

FIXED: I changed the product URL in General Settings to just www.mydomain.com (minus the http://) and all seems to be working fine
Broke again: when I remove the HTTP from the General Settings I get the following Error:

Code:
ERROR: Domain does not match license key file domain (), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.

Yah but this makes your entire helpdesk use the https address.

As of right now your entire desk has to either be non-secure http:// or secure https:// sorry no way to split it...

So do you change the general settings to remove the HTTP from the product URL or change it to HTTPS?
