By any chance do you have Kayako and Modernbill on different subdomains?

Also, does that error show when you login to the standard Kayako front end?

Also, have you tried deleting all cache and cookies from your browser and trying to load it up again?

As i said, They are on seperate accounts but on the same server.

Modernbill is located at domain.net

Kayako is located at support.domains129.com

And No, I do not experience this on Kayako front end while logged in and logged out.

Yes, I have tried deleting the cache.

clients can still submit tickets and view tickets and view the faq within modernbill but they will see the header output error.

Can you help provide a solution?

Regards,
Andrew

Line 68 of ./include/config/themes/textDefault/include/start_stop_html.inc.php is outputting something to the web browser.

I'm assuming this is a Modern Bill file which means you probably can't upload it here due to licensing restrictions but if you could paste us lines say 65 to 70 we can probably assist you better.

I *think* (may be wrong) that you will need to get the main domain added to your licence as well (ie one that MB is on) for it to work.

Those lines are writing the page headers for output. 67-70 below:
Quote:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2//EN">
<HTML dir="<?=TEXTDIRECTION?>" lang="<?=$language?>">
<HEAD>
<TITLE><?=stripslashes($title)?></TITLE>
That error usually indicates that the file was uploaded in the wrong format (ASCII vs BINARY) or there's extra space after the closing PHP tag. I don't think this is a licensing issue, or he'd probably get not found or access denied, or couldn't read, etc...

Hmm, I just remember it doing that on the front end when it was a licencing issue for me a while back (when I missed a character off a domain) on the front end and it would make sense. Same when you leave the setup dir. Submitting a support ticket would be best option now tho (http://members.kayako.net -> Get Support).

Here are the 65-70 lines as you requested.

if (submitted) {
alert("<?=ALREADYCLICKED?>");
return false;
} else {
submitted = true;
return true;

Can someone please provide a fix because we are getting a mass amount of tickets regarding this issue inside modernbill.

I must have a radically different version of MB because that code doesn't even seem to exist in my version of that file.

At a guess that is the problem - Server-Logix, are you running an older version of ModernBill?
