Take a look at Invalid argument supplied for foreach() ... functions_ticketsui.php on line 840 I think this was fixed in the latest version (3.20.02) so you may want to upgrade. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

at the bottom of my support software it says Help Desk Software By Kayako SupportSuite v3.20.02 Isn't it the latests? I am a new client look the codes in your link is not in my file have a look *snipped* |

My vbulletin works perfect for the last 1 year the user names are there ofcourse I previously had phpbb and converted to vbulletin months ago now I put all info correctly in loginshare but I always get this Code: Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM `user` WHERE `username` = 'blabla'; (Table 'blabla_vb.user' doesn't exist) ![]() |

Try the solution I posted in the other thread - make sure the staff user is assigned to the correct department.
