When I try to login as staff I get this

Take a look at Invalid argument supplied for foreach() ... functions_ticketsui.php on line 840

I think this was fixed in the latest version (3.20.02) so you may want to upgrade.

Did you run the upgrade tool (/setup/ -> "Upgrade") after uploading the files?

My vbulletin works perfect for the last 1 year
the user names are there ofcourse I previously had phpbb and converted to vbulletin months ago

now I put all info correctly in loginshare

but I always get this

Error you posted appears in vB or Kayako?

in kayako only in kayako never had any problem with vb

Try the solution I posted in the other thread - make sure the staff user is assigned to the correct department.
