Thumbs up Well Done Kayako! - 23-03-2006, 02:12 PM

People in the IT industry are far too quick to criticise a product for the slightest hiccup nowadays, and more often than not don’t recognise a great piece of software when it smacks them in the face!

Having tried out cerberus before Kayako, I have to say Kayako wins ten times over. At the end of the day, our clients are better off for this software, which means we are too.

I for one would like to say "Well done".

I agree as well, Kayako >>> Cerberus from my experiences.

I don't think alot of people deny the quality of the software however... it seems to be the support backing it... which have no problem with myself....

Yea their support software is great.

Only thing I think that they could improve on is their own support. Its very lacking. From very late replies to no reply at all.

I love their software, but it kinda makes it ironic that a software support company cant even provide good support themselves.

Hopefully this improves in the future.

I think the products is excellent, I just wish Kayako would stop adding new features and concerntrate on fixing existing bugs and get it at least really stable.

Please work an changing the addons to a per user instead of a device license please of some of use use multiple devices.

Oh yeah pleae get eSupport to run in both ssl/nonssl mode together. I know this has been mentioned before but its also been requested way before all these other features/request.

since the support is a bit lacking, could any of you guys tell me if the Staff IRS is working in the new release? and is there perhaps an easier way to navigate through the KB for the staff?
