What is cpanel?

I am trying to fix my parse settings and can't find the cpanel. Where can I locate it? Do I need to install it?

I'm starting to lean that way....but its in the Kayako manual under "Email piping in cPanel".

cPanel is a control panel, Kayako is a helpdesk. These are different factors!
