When is the next code freeze/stable released planned for?

There have been a lot of fixes but no stable releases in quit some time. when can we expect the next stable release?

The code for the server software in the CVS branch *is* the next stable release, barring any bug reports. We are in the process of testing new features to ensure that the code is ready to call stable.

The WinApp is undergoing maintenance and feature additions as well. We plan to be feature complete for the WinApp by Friday.

Sorry - just clarifying, the (maybe) "by friday" is the anticipated:
closure of features included in the next Winapp /
completion of maintenance on Winapp for next stable build /
finalisation of code for next stable build of the whole suite?
