You need to be more specific on exactly what you mean. Are you saying could you translate those two words in the support suite? You can create your own Priority and Status in the Administration Center. Here is the website you would go to under Support Suite: www.domain.com/support/admin/ Then enter your username and password. Then you want to click Tickets and then you should see a submenu that allows you to manage your ticket statuses and priority lists. I wasn't 100 % sure if this is what you meant, so if I was mistaken, please make clear of what you wish to achieve. Thanks and Regards, Grant |
