where is the css? - 10-05-2008, 06:28 PM

I have integrated esupport with whmcs and have set whmcs to use my own custom css just fine. However, when logging into the whmcs client area to submit a ticket, the support font type/color changes to whatever esupport uses. Where do I edit/remove this formatting in esupport? I could not find any css file

You need to edit the clientcss template found in the General category under:
Admin CP > Templates > Manage Templates

Found everything, exept one...

Which file or rule is responsable for the repley mail?

( Receive a ticket, anser it and read the anser in the mail box)

You need to edit the email templates under the Ticket section:

Admin CP > Templates > Manage Templates > default > Tickets

email_* templates
