Where is stored "Default Ticket Status When Replying" - 22-04-2008, 11:21 AM

I can't find table(s) or fields where the data is stored for the following action:
Staff -> Tickets -> Manage tickets -> Options ( on the right side, near search ). Then I want to know in which table and field the value of "Default Ticket Status When Replying" is stored?

It's very complicated structure there.
I'll try to describe what I want to do practically and may be there is another simple way to do it. I want to adjust "On Hold" default ticket status when any staff member is replying. And if I create new staff member this default option should be automatically be enabled for him.

I think this is the default working of kayako, every staff member has an option for default status. Correct?

I don't think there is an overall default setting you can change.
