Update: I have heard from Matt at WHMCS - unfortunately, he informs me that the WHMCS files required for this integration to work will not be released until v3.5 of WHMCS is out. Hopefully this will not be too long away. -------------------------------------------------------------------

So, we're waiting on Matt to address something with WHMCS, now. That's cool, we've been waiting this long. I'm sure Matt will have 3.5 out shortly enough. The screenshots look great, and yeah I can see them here too. This looks like an absolutely excellent integration, and I, and I'm sure ALL the WHMCS users appreciate the work that's gone into this. Looks great! SimpleForums - Easy Install SMF Forums Toll Free: 866-546-8914 (linux-14) AIM: twhiting9275 ICQ: 153158973 MSN and Email: tech@linux-tech.net |

Just in case people haven't seen, Matt has marked the release of WHMCS 3.5 for early December, which will include the code required for the Kayako integration. Source: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?p=37393#post37393 |

Has anyhting beem mentioned about the admin area of whmcs and it showing tickets for users, which then of course leads to the kayako staff area? |

I think that even the MB integration requires logging into kayako to handle admin tasks. This makes complete sense, and wouldn't really be reasonable to expect them to do admin integration as well. Personally, if it works as the mb integration does (or did back in the day), then I'd say that is enough. They give us the applications to handle things on the admin side anyways, which is plenty. What I'd LIKE to see is a "template" of some kind, so we can redirect users to the proper area on replies (ie: links in email) , instead of to the "support area". Confusing clients is bad, getting them all into the secure whmcs area is good. Administration area integration will not be done. You will need to login to Kayako's staff area to manage Tickets, Knowledge Base, etc. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Definitely some good news here. I have been waiting for this for quite some time. Thanks Kayako for getting this done. Hopefully 3.5 will be a great release for Matt. ![]() Yes, we do accept PayPal payments! cPanel/WHM | RVSkin | Fantastico | Ruby on Rails | PHP5 Support | Site Builder | Free Site Transfer |
