I have whmcs and essupport integration enabled, but there is a problem that confuses clients. When they login, they see the client area page first that shows them open tickets and due invoices area. The kayako integration is not displaying actual open support tickets. How can I fix this? I'm using WHMCS 4 and Esupport 3.20.02  |

That bit is not coded. Kayako will need to expand on the integration or you can use Craigbrass's API. I've got a standalone script created (uses Craigs API), but it's not liking smarty when I went to implement it in a template. I've yet to find time to look at it more |

Anyone get this ticket status problem working using Craig's api? If so, please explain the steps you took to get it working |
