WHMCS ticket integration issues

Hi All,

I have a quick issue regarding Kayako - WHMCS integration. Generally the whole lot works with one major exception;

Customers can create a ticket, but when they view them and try and click the subject line to actually open a ticket, it simply reloads the ticket listing page. Hence customers can never read their tickets.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?

I had a quick search, apologies if this has already been covered.

Have a quick check over the How To document on integrating and if everything is fine, I suggest you contact support using http://members.kayako.net -> Get Support who will be able to diagnose the issue.

We had the same issue. Just reset all of your Kayako templates to the default templates in the Tickets category. As long as you do that and you're running the latest version of Kayako you're good to go.

There are actually several ways to cause this problem. If you have this problem, please just open a support ticket.

We will be implementing a full and rich API in Version 4; broad enough so that existing integrations such as ModernBill can be made without SupportSuite file modifications.
