I would like to forward tickets to certain of our business relations to see if they can recommend solutions to a problem however I do not want out visitors to see the discussion that goes back and forth between us and those 3rd parties. Do they see when a forward takes place? How about the resulting discussions from email responses from those third parties? |

when you forward a ticket (i'm assuming through e-mail), only you and the person your forwarding to will be able to see your conversation. Your clients will not be able to view it. |
