Hi folks,
When a customer send us an email, if they reply to a ticket from their email instead of logging in into Support Suite and re-plying that way, the attachment that they attach in the email, comes in as winmail.dat, not as the real attachment (word, excel, etc.)
It used to work in the beginning, I don't know if I accidentaly changed a setting and it is now doing that.
Does anyone have any idea how to have it properly display attachments and not winmail.dat?
