Wrong Ticket Count - 01-03-2007, 10:54 PM

I searched the forums and it looks like I'm not the first to experience this. I read that if you create a new ticket or download a new ticket that it tends to fix itself, but it didn't fix it for me. I tried to attach a screenshot to show that I am viewing "all" tickets under the department in question, but the forums gave an error saying it was "unable to move/copy the file". It shows 1 open ticket, but there are really none. I even went into the database and couldn't find where that 1 is coming from. I've tried Ctrl-F5, logging in and out, logging in as a different user and even different browsers and computers.

What can be causing this and what can I do to fix the count?

If I recall correctly, this has been fixed in the latest stable release available in the members area.

I am waiting for the server devs to get back to me, but have you tried the 3.10.02 build? It contains several fixes from 3.10.00.

Hello,

As mentioned that the ticket count is being fixed on version 3.10.x latest released.

However, this issue still persists on version 3.20.02.

It seems to be the issue still not yet fixed where I am still encounter this problem on version 3.20.02.

Any work around for this?

This was repaired in 3.30.00. The appropriate fix is to bring your desk up to date.
