Dear Support,

We can not delete the x employees account because we will lost the track of old record in tickets.

1. When sending pre-defined replies at e-support, we have to chose owner’s name who replies the tickets such as Uzair H. Quershi, Haseeb Ahmed and many others. This list needs amendments as some people have left us but their names are still included in the list.

2. All existing names should also be sorted alphabetically

Is there any alternative way to do this ?
