Yahoo Merchant Account with Support Suite (hosted) Email Setup

Hi everybody
I have purchased the Hosted Support Suite today, and I have a yahoo merchant account (yahoo store, hosting, and email management). I have been trying to setup the emails for hours and I could only setup info@mydomain.com successfuly.

Is there any way to setup different emails for different departments, and forward them to kayako?

P.S. In the yahoo email management system, I couldn't find a way to forward each email seperately to kayako.

I'm sure if you go into email options you can change the server information to forward emails. I did it on my merchant processor and it works great for my payments on my new site.
