Hi All, I'm getting Zero Sized Reply error message when attaching files to tickets. 3 MB files are OK but larger files cause the following error: Quote:

Hello, I have done a bit of digging on this problem for you (even though it isn't a Kayako problem). Please take a look at http://www3.us.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-11.html (Scroll down to the bottom and find "11.51 Why do I sometimes get ``Zero Sized Reply''?". This information is what you need.
