If this issue is causing you real problems, upgrade now to 3.40.01. If it isn't, wait another week or so as I think John said 3.50.00 will be out. After doing either, revert the required templates in the Admin CP -> Templates section and see if that fixes the issue.

Hi Mark, Are your staff "picking" these chat requests, or are proactive chats being handled? If the end-user has the username "Visitor", you can bank on them being proactive chats. If this is the case, let me know - there is an explanation. -------------------------------------------------------------------
