I assigned a few shortcut keys to canned replies, etc. I'm working on my computer (programming) while there are no chats active, LR is minimized to the tray. I press a shortcut key combination to get VS.NET to do something and I get a warning from LR that the shortcut key can't work while there is no active chat window. Stating the obvious, shortcuts should only fire IF and WHEN a chat window is active.
