Canned responses - 29-05-2008, 01:44 PM

So much of our response information for answering people's questions are already in the ticket area predefined replies. It sure would be nice if we had "LiveSupport Responses" and then also a "Predefined Replies" that provides us access to the very same information we use in tickets. The same information applies to both, please allow us access to the predefined replies in the chat window.
