Hi psipro, Please upgrade to the latest client application (http://hotfix.kayako.com), and check to see if you have any templates that require reverting due to an upgrade (particularly templates like "chatheaderframe"). You can do this by going to Admin CP > Templates > Diagnostics > Find Modified. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi psipro, When you upgrade SupportSuite, templates may also be upgraded with it. When a SupportSuite upgrade carries with it newer templates, you have to revert them manually in this way. -------------------------------------------------------------------
