Hi there Kayako team worker

Customer and Teamwork for Task..!

In teamwork you can add Task, why can't I have the
ability to combine a customer with task.
That is : in task it shuld be able to add a allredy registred customer for a tex, programings job, repair ect.
and have the customer know start and how long it have gone in percent by email. This is a fuktion that I think to be included in helpdesken for teamwork.
just ability to add customer to task as in Event...!
