I am running Windows Vista RC1 and I am logged into both LiveResponse Winapp and the InstaAlert Pro... So yes they are working fine with Windows Vista.

well I just installed Vista late lastnight and haven't chatted with any clients yet but I did talk to another staff member via LiveResponse... If you would like though you can goo too https://www.xesupport.net and we can test it real quick.

I installed Vista as soon as Microsoft sent me the RC1 disks, and I am happy to announce that upgrading from XP -> RC1 has produced no adverse effects in SupportSuite. HOWEVER... I have lost all Spell Checking features in SS. Unfortunately, I have also lost the ability to save in ALL my graphics programs as well so I am unable to upload a picture. I'm not sure whether this is an RC1 Upgrade bug or SS bug with the new IE7.

Just wanted to let everyone know...

again, we can't blame microsoft for this - best versions
I am however glad to see that SS is compatible and so is livesupport with the IE7 RC1.

Just one more thing. Whenever I try to double click on the SS icon in the tray, it sometimes brings the Event Log window instead of the main window. Slightly annoying when I'm in a time-tight situation.
