Do not make any manual changes straight from the database. Contact Kayako Sales (live support or via email) asking them to change the domain for your license key. They shall have it done in no time. Once changed, download the new license key replacing the old key with the new one. That should fix the issue. Since it is a weekend, you will have to wait till Monday when Kayako resumes work.
