hi all i have a problem in arabic language in live response the problem is when some body talk to the support support write in arabic ,,, it appears to the person in arabic person form the site write in arabic to the support,,,, no message arrive to the live support in live support window !! i want a sloution i put the rtl and windows-1256 and !!! no way i think the problem from the programm not the script on the site ,,, i want a modified language file to the programm thank you |

What version of the server software and the LiveResponse WinApp are you running? -------------------------------------------------------------------

i use the latest version of kayako response app file i just downloaded it from the site the scripts version is ( Kayako SupportSuite v3.00.32 ) waiting.. thank you |

You should definitely upgrade your scripts to at least 3.04.10 STABLE. There have been many many improvements in the way that internationalization is handled in chats. -------------------------------------------------------------------
