Exclamation Error in Client live response window - 31-01-2007, 09:11 PM

Hi all..
Running support suite 3.10.00
and have installed Live Responce 3.1.1.5
my problem is: after client enter live response, he type his name and email
and send it away, I get a call that a client want a chat, answer the call.

the client only got a wite page and error in left corner below with
'error on page'. Have tryed differnet IE browser with same result.
Think it could bee some java error.
Is there some one that have hade same problem and maybe a solution ...

Hi Remo,

Please upgrade to the latest version of SupportSuite (3.20.02) and the LiveResponse desktop application (from Kayako Software Downloads), where several changes have been made to the way we process and handle the chat mechanisms.

Jamie,

i have installed and am using the recent version (upgraded 3 days ago) and still having the issue. Is this a common problem? or something to do with the browser?

Don't forget to revert your templates & clear the cache. That will fix the issue.
