Yes, I would suggest checking that if you uploaded any source files to the server, that you did it in BINARY mode, not ASCII. Regards, -------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeah, that would rule out the ASCII issue. Please e-mail me the following: 1.) FTP access to your server 2.) Admin access to your eSupport/SupportSuite/LiveResponse installation 3.) Staff access to the same -------------------------------------------------------------------
