Error in Winapp - 07-07-2006, 09:26 PM

When I click on the Monitor Pane, Chat History and Ad tracking. The Montior Pane doesn't show up at all. I just get the error message below:

Internet Explorer scripterror:

Line: 73
Syntaxerror
Code:0
URL: http:// ..... (the URL that WinApp is trying to access)

And I get a "Yes" and "No" button.

EDIT:
I'm using the latest ANSI build without the SIP addon. The server is running 3.00.90

Please try clearing your IE browser cache.

Cleared all temporary internet files + cookies. That didn't help. Any other suggestions ?

Yes, I would suggest checking that if you uploaded any source files to the server, that you did it in BINARY mode, not ASCII.

I talked to the system administrator today. He downloaded the *tar.gz directly to the server, and unzipped it there.. Does that rule out the BINARY - ASCII issue ? Or will it maybe help to upload the files to the server via FTP in BINARY mode ?

Yeah, that would rule out the ASCII issue. Please e-mail me the following:

1.) FTP access to your server
2.) Admin access to your eSupport/SupportSuite/LiveResponse installation
3.) Staff access to the same
