Errors in support suite - 06-03-2008, 02:10 AM

I have been getting errors when talking to customer, this is really anoying and I am loosing customers because of this. Basically it keeps disconnecting, I know its not my connection because im on a LAN. Also other staff members are getting same errors.
Here are the errors i get.

03/05/2008 18:10:24 A communication with the server has failed. Details: Operation timeout

03/05/2008 20:07:18 A communication with the server has failed. Details: Operation timeout

These are the errors I have recieved since last restart. I will most more as they occur. Please help me asap, we are loosing money, and are thinking about going to star develop for live chat.
We are on the latest version of Suport Suite, and The Live Response is the "UNSTABLE" , since we have the windows update that produces errors.

EDIT:
When browsing other topic i also tryed to install this support suite
LiveSupport don't connect to server

And during installation I get this error;
Error opening file for writing
VSSH.dll

Tried http://hotfix.kayako.com/download/lr....56-STABLE.exe and also upgrading your core php software to version 3.20.00 Unstable?

What do you mean update the core software? We are running PHP 4 and 5, defult is set to 4.

Yes, we are running the latest stable version, we will not upgrade to an unstable version.

Do these "Operation Timeout" errors only occur when talking to customers, or do they also happen when the application is simply running and displaying visitor data?

Can you try letting it run without chatting for a while, and then let us know whether the issue only occurs during chat?

It happens both times, when talking and not talking to customers. My computer was on all day and when I came back, it had a couple of those errors.

We are losing $$$ - 24-05-2008, 03:51 PM

This is really annoying. We were diconnected from a customer yesterday and we don't even have his email to contact him back.

The error bubble message in the lower right of the staff screen says:

"An error occured while attempting to communicate with the server (online 02:20:33):

Failed to communicate with server!

Error: Operation timout...

Click here to view the Event Log for more information."

The staff chat window has a message that says:

"The client's chat window is not responding. If you continue to recieve this message, the client may have ended the chat session, or the session may have timed out."

Please let me know if there is some setting that I am missing or how the fix this if possible. If not then I may have to turn off the chat feature altogether.

Has anyone else had this problem? This has been experienced by two of my staff members in the past week and we just started using Live Response. Not a very good introduction.
