I have been getting errors when talking to customer, this is really anoying and I am loosing customers because of this. Basically it keeps disconnecting, I know its not my connection because im on a LAN. Also other staff members are getting same errors. Here are the errors i get. 03/05/2008 18:10:24 A communication with the server has failed. Details: Operation timeout 03/05/2008 20:07:18 A communication with the server has failed. Details: Operation timeout These are the errors I have recieved since last restart. I will most more as they occur. Please help me asap, we are loosing money, and are thinking about going to star develop for live chat. We are on the latest version of Suport Suite, and The Live Response is the "UNSTABLE" , since we have the windows update that produces errors. EDIT: When browsing other topic i also tryed to install this support suite LiveSupport don't connect to server And during installation I get this error; Error opening file for writing VSSH.dll Thanks, Kyle |

Do these "Operation Timeout" errors only occur when talking to customers, or do they also happen when the application is simply running and displaying visitor data? Can you try letting it run without chatting for a while, and then let us know whether the issue only occurs during chat? -------------------------------------------------------------------
