every since I moved my support desk to new server. I get disconnected
after a while , it goes offline again and again.

Any idea ?

Does your IP change regularly? If yes then disable the check it in the config.php file.

thanks I was trying to solve that I learned that I can restric ips from my help desk

when in config i restrict an ip he gests this messsage

Fatal error: Access Denied (staff): IP not allowed (118.45.77.68), please add the IP in the allowed list under /config/config.php

Where can I modify this message? to make it look better?
