Copy ToolbarIcons.xml to all the machines you want this on. On 64 bit, it is located inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Kayako\LiveResponse and 32 bit it is C:\Program Files\Kayako\LiveResponse Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Add them all in manually to that XML file. Does that work? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Craig, thanks for your help. Let me explain once again.... The file you mention did not changed at all it stays the same original with the code shown above. whatever changes, deletions, modifications i did both in the bar or by editing the xlm file Funny thing I have even deleted links to kayako support and forum, which in fact are not enymore in my bar but are still in my XLM file. To me it is changing some other file.... It is driving me nuts :-) |

What I am saying is write in XML format in that file all your links rather than exporting then copy that to the other machines. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

To add, I am starting to think these should be stored on the server for the particular user then they can be accessed on any machine they log onto... Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Your welcome. Since Windows 2000 and multi user accounts, most programs store things in Application Data rather than the registry. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
