Feature Request: Reports - Summary Average Response Time - 13-02-2007, 08:04 PM

I would like to see reports that show a summary of the Average Response Time and Average Resolution Time for closed tickets.

Right now there is simply an average for each individual ticket.

Beefing up the reporting feature would be really nice!
