I have our sales team put things into our helpdesk that are wish list or nice to have items. Our QA department also puts "bugs" into helpdesk Our customers also put things in there too... I would like to make a filter that says show me all OPEN tickets that do not contain department QA or department SALES. The drop down boxes only seem to have CONTAIN and not NOT contain. Also there is no way to AND or OR the search criteria. So the question is is there a way to write the SQL and make it filter externally to the help desk, but then add that into the filters list? Anyone have any other way to do this? |
