Hi all, I am trying to use Force Chat or Proactive chat. I click on the option to the person I want to initiate the chat with but it looks like another person who is logged on to LiveResponse is getting the chat instead of me who initiated it. Why is that? How can i fix it so if I request a chat or force one, it makes me the primary chat taker. Thanks |

Hi Dany, Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment - all staff 'receive' the accepted proactive chat. However, it is a feature we will look to implement in a future version. -------------------------------------------------------------------
