is the hosted version of LR still having issues?

My customer service reps get disconnected on occasionally from the chats that they are in, the software loses its connection and gives a sql error.

I know this has been discussed before and i dont know if it has been fixed since i havent followed up on the software for a while.

Has this been fixed? i am on the monthly hosted plan.

I've never experienced this issue but then again I'm not on the hosted version.

yea there were many complaints about this when i payed for the product a few months back. the support were quick to respond and say that its not their fault, its my hosting. but when i reply and say that i am hosted under them, they dont know how to fix it.

just wanted to know if this has been fixed, if not i may be forced to look elsewhere because it is quite embarrassing to have a software log you off in the middle of a conversation with a customer.

I'm using the hosted version as well and this regularly happens to our customer service people (myself included when I log in). It seems like everyone gets disconnected about once an hour or so, although not everyone at the same time. It's definitely embarassing and annoying.
