Well... I was Wondering How to Change Visitors IP into a Name
eg: 125.250.1.23 = WWW.BLAHBLAH.COM • Index page

and the other question is How does Kayako track websites?

This isn't currently a feature to rename specific IPs to something you recognise. Would be a nice one for the future though.

To track visitors, you need to add some code to the pages you wish to track. See Staff CP -> Live Support -> Tag Generator

Although this would be nice, this isn't a realistic feature. Any number of domains may be pointed at a single IP address, and the rDNS may have nothing to do with the user.

The network doesn't make this possible.
