How to change text on Forced/Request chat

When I do a force chat, the user has a window pop up that says

" Need Assistance? Click "Chat Now" to chat with a Live Operator."

How do I change this language?

Admin CP -> Languages -> Manage Phrases and look for proactivemsg.
