how do I know if my staff missed liveresponse chat call - 07-04-2008, 05:33 AM

This is the issue I have.

For live response I am hiring two staffs in different countries
they are supposed to be online when I go to bed to keep the support online 24 hours. they work on part time basis on night shift.

Now How do I know that they were online all those hourse?
How do I know if they missed any chat request or not?
Is there any easy way for me to find out?

I don't think you can see a list of unanswered chat sessions. It would be a nice feature though.

You will be able to with this report: Live chat reports: Now in testing

However, the report is not available in 3.20.02, but will feature in 3.20.03.

I go to bed and my staff is having fun watching T.V

I never know how many chat request he has missed.

I will wait for the update
