Where do i download the application from?
I asked in this post (SupportSuite, eSupport and LiveResponse 3.20.00 Release Candidate)

but people mistakenly took me to be asking how to upgrade to a CVS version of support suite.

Where do i get the LiveResponse desktop application from?
