Try the latest version of the application here and see if it resolves your issue. http://forums.kayako.com/showpost.ph...0&postcount=49 If not, please show me a screenshot of the error if possible. Thank you. -------------------------------------------------------------------

This looks like a server issue. We'll look into it and get back to you as soon as possible. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Would you mind opening a ticket for this on http://support.kayako.com/ and give us access information so we can test your helpdesk? It would help us figure out exactly what's going on. If you do create one, in the ticket, request for it to be assigned to me. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Roger, Ive been around long enough to know that opening a kayako ticket is the deepest, darkest black hole on the Internet. In fact, I opened one last week after an hour on Live Help regarding another issue, a rouge email that was in a loop and the subsequent loss of all my open tickets, and that ticket has dropped into the void..beyond that, this issue is related specifically to the client app, so Im an not sure what you would gain by testing my helpdesk? But assuming it would help, you can just look up my data on the current open ticket. Helpdesk is http://auctioninc.helpserve.com/admin/index.php. |

Hi auctioninc, Your ticket will be followed up shortly. When viewing the same page on your support desk inside your browser, do you receive the same error? If you do not, what internet browser do you use outside of the LiveResponse Client Application? Thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------
