The requested URL /winapp/index.php was not found on this server.
That means just what it says, the file it needs to work isn't being found. this could mean several things:
1) It wasn't uploaded (upload it)
2) It's not where it's expected (bad path in the configuration?)

It's looking in the root of the site; IE: example.com/winapp/index.php
Is that where Kayako was installed?
Is it installed?

Hi there,

The installation manual is provided with your download, under the "/help/" folder.

On what domain do you have LiveResponse installed?

Hi sadekula,

You haven't purchased a license for that domain, so you cannot install it. No one here will install it for you, either.
