idea for the next hotfix.

theres 2 thing that bug me in the winapp. the first one is in the monitor panel. If one of the techs is working with a client in chat and if you look at the chat status you have to scroll down to the end(thats ok) but ever few sec the page reloads and then you have to scroll to the end and then the page reload then you have to scroll to the end.(you get the idea

is there a way to default to the end of the page for this window/tab?

My next idea might be a bit harder but i would love to see this option. Right now it looks like you uses IE. Is there a way to have an option to uses firefox?

AFAIK, the windows based applications actually use the IE engine to integrate a browser into their App. I don't think that can be done with firefox. But again, it's open source, everything's possible

I think they are using IE engine as its basic and everyone is using it. If they where to offer a FireFox option then they will be pushed to support other browsers like Opera.

They could just use the windows default browser if possible.
