Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM swticketpostlocks - 27-01-2007, 12:28 PM

Installed 3.10.00 as support said that would fix my error in LiveSupport, but get this error when doing a REPLY. Is this a new table I was supposed to add or what? I don't have time to fix this code! If this is a new table then I assume there is a script that does all of this?

Is there something that says how to install the updates??? Maybe I missed something?

OK I am dense I guess. I had no idea that there was an UPGRADE to run but I just found it. I am assuming that will fix the error I got.

Someone might want to put a short blurb at the top of the release web page so us dummies know to run the upgrade

Did you recently carry out an upgrade?

support said to put the latest version on but thats all I did. I then found out you need to run the upgrade, no idea that was needed until I saw some other errors.

Yup, you need to run the upgrade script after installing the new files. That will set the MySQL tables correctly and reset the Settings table as well. I suppose that should fix both your issues.
