Irs - 04-05-2007, 01:59 AM

Why is the IRS box not enabled in the live support application? Is this a bug or a feature request?

This feature was actually intended to be included in the LiveResponse app, but never was completed.

As of right now, we haven't decided if we will be including that feature in the 3.5 or 4.0 releases.

If people rely heavily on the IRS system and its not included in the livesupport app don't you think this poses an inconvenience? They then have to have that application open to answer incoming chats as well as multiple internet browsers to create and respond to tickets.
