Japanese words disappear

Words disappears when you type Japanese characters from customer side (Web chat).
However, it works perfectly when you type Japanese characters from LiveResponse software.
Japanese characters are visible from both sides, so I know it's not about whether you have Japanese installed on your computer or not....
Also, when you copy & paste Japanese words, you can send Japanese words from Webchat side.

Since you need to press Enter to first confirm Japanese word, and press Enter one more time to send, it works differently from English.
So It seems like Web Chat system refreshes the windows whenever Enter key is pressed, therefore the words disappears before you can type Enter second time?

Is there anyway to solve this issue?

What versions of both the core php software (shown on the staff and admin login pages) and the windows application (help -> about) are you running?

Also, have you modified any templates.

Core PHP is 3.11.01
and Application is 3.1.1.61 STABLE

I suggest you upgrade to 3.20.02 (latest) of the php core and see if that helps.
