Hi Yasser, What version of SupportSuite are you using, and what version of the desktop application are you using? Also, please can you define by 'not support'? What problems are you encountering? -------------------------------------------------------------------

albrens: if you're referring to the mbstring lack of support for cp1251, cp1254 and similar, please be aware of two things: 1) There is a 1251 implementation in testing for possible inclusion in PHP5, and 2) In KSS v4, we intend to offer a modular character set conversion backend with support for iconv, which supports most middle eastern encodings.
