Hi ddixon, Please upgrade to the latest stable version from here: http://hotfix.kayako.com/latest.php?...ildtype=stable and see if the problem persists. Insure to completely uninstall your previous version before installing the new one. -------------------------------------------------------------------

And by completly uninstalling, I recommend the following just to be sure :- 1. Uninstall via control panel. 2. Delete the entire directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Kayako\LiveResponse or C:\Program Files\Kayako\LiveResponse 3. Delete the directory C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Kayako\LiveR esponse or C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAMEHERE\Application Data\Kayako\LiveResponse 4. Optionally you can also delete (using Start -> Run -> regedit) HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> Kayako -> LiveResponse Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |
