That suggests you should delete the Kayako folder in program files after uninstalling. It is obviously not writing over a particular file. On another note, there is a bug in the latest version that when you hit escape on ANY window, it crashes. Vista Ultimate 64 Bit machine confirmed. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Odd, home now and it isn't doing it here. What I am getting here is another issue when exiting though. See http://www.craigbrass.net/personal/i...308-184312.jpg Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Still cannot duplicate the issue, and Roger says that awmemb.dll is not part of LiveResponse. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Awmemb.dll is Actual Window Minimizer (awmsetup.exe) This file is also known to be a common compromise point for malware, especially when found under the alternate titles 50236343.SVD 85715847.DLL Please use an anti-malware toolkit, an anti-spyware toolkit and antivirus. This crash happened in an alternate application making unsafe global hooks into our application. This crash is not related to our application. In order to fix this problem, repair or remove "Actual Window Minimizer". -------------------------------------------------------------------
