Same issue here. Also getting alot of "client window not responding" clients just think we are not responding to them. I have 2gb of ram and received a low page file message this morning because of LR

Yea, it has been confirmed as a memory leak so will effect everyone using that version. As Jamie said, it will be fixed very soon.

This memory leak issue is starting to be a major problem for us. I have inserted a picture of exactly how much memory this program leaks within a 2 hour period on our computers. This is a critical error we need fixed as it is effecting our support.

Thanks.

Hi mtg212,

Thank you, we are certainly aware of the problem and will be releasing a fix soon (hopefully this evening).

by the way a suggestion

it seems that the win32 application is calling IE to display the tickets and so one, you should make version which is using firefox, then it will prevent that kind of miscrosoft mess..

Presently using Ver 3.1.1.48 Unstable, just wanted to check whether a 'fix' has since been published please.

Has this been resolved then?

People, I'm sure they are working as quickly as they can. be patient and have faith... They got it up and running extremely quickly after it went down due to the MS update. Sadly most of you do not practice good form when it comes to mission critical applications, it was discussed in brief earlier in this thread.

If you want them to fix it right, give them time, if you want an app thats full of holes that you'll complain about more, I'm sure that they'll hand something out to you and say good luck but no guarantees. I for one can wait, and not complain, yes I want it the fix yesterday or the day before, but hey, they want to do a good job for everyone here... So give them a break...

Check back soon, check back often, don't complain...

Yep, I agree. Posting every 5 minutes here complaining isn't going to get it done any quicker.

Here is a development build. I have fixed two memory leaks that I have detected. The huge memory leak problem is no longer occurring on my system, but I need confirmation from some users.

This build should fix the issue. Can some of you try it and let me know the results?

Edit: I'm sorry, I have corrected the URL above.
