Aloha again my fine feathered friends... Just a quick like question, are the files located here: Index of /download/lr/3.1.1.50/win32 and Index of /download/lr/3.1.1.50/win32 the same? or do i have the same place bookmarked twice (as when i bookmarked them they were different) Oh yes, I would love to test this out, but server work still continues so we get all kinds of bonker errors (im not sure why it takes so long for the engineers to do things, most of the time when i see them they're shooting dice or playing Portal)... |

Hi there, Have you tried completely uninstalling Live Response and then installing again? http://hotfix.kayako.com/download/lr...0-UNSTABLE.exe -------------------------------------------------------------------
